A couple of days ago my fellow female gamer suggested i play Arkadian Warriors co-op with her. I honestly didn’t have high hopes since the last xbox arcade game we played together was Joust, and it was such a pain! I could only take about half an hour before i removed the game from my hard drive completely. Back to Arkadian Warriors though. The game feels like a mix between the classic Atari game, Gauntlet and Fable by Lionhead Studios. Gameplay from Gauntlet, graphics by Fable. It’s a typical hack and slash game but with graphics that are much more visual stunning.

The low down is, you have three characters (solider, archer and sorcerer), you go into town and get a new quest from the town’s people. After each completed task, you get a new weapon from the task giver, which you can use for your next mission or sell at a store. It’s a fun game, especially when played co-op. A must for people that want to just chill with a not-so-tense game and yap with their mate.
