Well I advanced from within my company and when you do that they either give you the base rate of the job you moving into or a 10% raise which ever is higher. So I am at the bottom of the food chain. My brother got his own box later on and out of him, my Dad, and I he's the only one who hasn't had to send it in. I've had to send in twice (both graphics card) and my Dad once (RRoD).
